PR Drives an $8 Million Sale for a Growing Engineering Company
You don’t need to be industry giant for PR to make a giant impact. When Principal Technology Inc. (PTI) found itself with declining demand for its sulfur recovery services, the Dallas-based engineering and fabrication company opted to broaden its exposure and expand into new markets.
PTI engaged us to promote its expertise and products in a number of new categories, including highly competitive energy, petrochemical, process and manufacturing sectors. We launched a series of core PR initiatives, including bylined commentaries, case studies, feature articles, news releases and press interviews, all within a matter of months.
The campaign scored a major inquiry from a company that had never heard of PTI before, and led to a signed contract valued at $8 million over a three-year time frame. Not bad for any company. What’s more, PTI’s sales pipeline continued to grow through PR-driven leads. So did management’s perception of our team’s value.
